This has been THE BEST experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop!!! My BMW shut off about 15 miles outside of Henderson. This was the only place I called that worked on BMW's in this area. It turned out I'm having some very costly issues and they were not sure if they could have the parts today and if that service would fix a possibly more expensive issue. I am a young female in college from out of town traveling alone. Seeing how stressed I became, after a little while waiting, and hearing the bad news, they told me all the possible solutions and price points (including towing it to Greensboro). They gave me a great price on towing the car and told me they wouldn't charge me anything considering the gravity of car issues and expenses I'll have to pay to fix it since I'm getting it towed back to Greensboro!!! I could have cried. For anyone who has owned a BMW, you know this is unheard of and so generous. These are extremely HONEST, FAIR and personable people. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians made me feel confortable. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome to a bad situation. I recommend this place to everyone and will continue to speak highly of their character and amazing service.

My outback snapped a belt on I85 and luckily we were able to pull off and make it into auto connection service center parking lot. Never heard of them, but they said they could replace the belt before they closed. We were so lucky, since it was friday before memorial day weekend. The belt was cheap, charged 1 hour for labor, even fixed a seized alternator bolt. Brought out a water bowl for my dog while we waited. Everyone there was very friendly. Cant thank them enough for turning a bad situation around for us.

While travelling, decided to get a car in tow inspected.  Upon arrival, the Ram 3500 blew a water pump.   Auto Connection did the inspection and replaced the water pump.  The water pump took longer than the shop was opened, however the staff said "we are not going to leave you stranded, and we will fix it".  They fixed it with a smile and we were back on our way. Great shop,  trustworthy and knowledable technicians,  outstanding customer service!

These people are the best! I was traveling to Chapel Hill from Richmond and had car trouble. I googled car service and found these folks. After arriving within a half hour of closing time on Friday I didn't have high hopes for getting home or my car fixed. They had me ready to go within an hour (had to get parts) and gave me a very fair price. If I lived anywhere close to here this would be the only place I would ever go for car service. Friendly folks and real pros!!

I have all maintence done on my vehicles at auto connection. I have found that they provide prompt  service with quality work .  All of the employees at auto connect are polite and courteous. I also have my vehicles washed and detailed there .  Excellent job done always with an excellent staff !
