WOW!!! The service and experience was not only the best my wife and I experienced,  but I believe these professionals have just raised the bar and set the standards for all dealerships. Jordan, Mark, Jeff and the team welcomed us with open arms. Their lot has some of the best, cleanest cars in the area. Their service department rocks. Did I mention that they come and pick you up, door to door service?! Wow. We are extremely happy with our recent purchase. Very happy to find A.I.S.  Their communication and work was top notch. They Service team made sure I understood what needed to be performed and also ensured the job was done correctly. I appreciate the transparency and attention to detail. Can't speak for the Sales side of the business but wouldn't hesitate to work with them as well. I would give 6 stars if I could

Jordan Cox at Auto Import Specialist recently helped my wife and I locate and purchase a vehicle. Other family members had worked with him in the past, and he came highly recommended. Since we had already settled on a make, model, and feature set he had some searching to do, but he did not disappoint. He located a vehicle that perfectly met all of our criteria and had less than 3500 miles on it. The car is perfect, but that was really icing on the cake. He was mindful of our budget and managed to come in a little below the price he originally estimated. He was able to line us up with an extremely low interest rate from Interra Credit Union (a full 1% lower than what TCU was offering us), which helped us save even more money.

I have bought several used cars over the last five years, and this transaction sticks out among the best. There are certainly other good used dealerships out there, but the time and attention we were given here is a rarity. I have purchased far more expensive vehicles from luxury brand dealerships and not been treated as well. Auto Import Specialists may not be much to look at, the offices are small and nothing fancy, but you can tell they care about the cars they are selling and the people they are selling them to.
