The new manager in the office called me about a week ago when my wife's car payment was due, and said we just wanted to remind you that you have a payment due today(theyll definitely get with you for this- no worries there) . I notified him that He and the owner needed to get together,because before he was hired her vehicle that was sold to us, and they HAD BEEN NOTIFIED over a MONTH ago ,,had still not had the issue (which was causing the abs lights to come on and her brakes to start engaging and locking up in the middle of driving- which is not a road worthy vehicle to trust your spouse and children to be in,just my opinion!) BEEN fixed he had tried a brake job which did not correct the issue ,I let him know ,hey the problem is still there he said I have your name number and vehicle info right here, I'll have the owner get back to you.It has now been 2 MORE WEEKS AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD ,BUT TO ME WHEN THEY PICKED THEIR Company NAME ,,,AUTOLESS WOULD HAVE BEEN WAY MORE APPROPRIATE AND MISLEADING,straighten up and take care of your customers!...

If I had to rate the place it would be a big Fat 0 they sold us a car that could not be repaired then refused to put us in another car or give us our down payment back and every time we call it's a different story I STRONGLY advise anyone not to purchase a car for them unless you like being ripped off.
