This place is a huge scam. They were going downhill before the remodel and I feel like they are even worse now. Prices are absolutely ridiculous for what they offer. Not to mention they cut corners like only shampooing my front floor mats and not the back ones.  Hmm Guessing most people don't catch those things so they just skip it. No air freshener scent, seems like that always gets missed. Also they hardly wiped down anything. Looks like they dry wiped my dash. Not even sure what I paid $32 dollars for. Guessing half a car wash. NEVER going back again!!

Sent them back three times to clean my car. The young guy gave me attitude about it after he chatted with his friend for ten minutes instead of doing his job. Wet footprints on my floor mats and leaf debris left behind after being called to say it was finished a
s well. They DID refund my money, but I'm never going back. Went home and finished the job myself. Piss poor job.

I drove from Lake County to have my truck washed here. I bought the platinum package and the interior was BARELY touched. I'm not sure how it looks to have your customers grabbing your towels and finishing the job themselves until your team had to step in to help finish a job that should have already been done. Not to mention, there were spots on my doors where cleaner had been sprayed and never wiped up. I also paid extra for the mats to be cleaned and they weren't touched. I never complain or give any type of reviews but I am so highly disappointed in the efforts put out by your team in cleaning my vehicle, that I felt the need to say something.

Was happy with the wash until I got home and found three deep scratches on the back bumper. Called and the manager "Gabhette" told me to bring the car in for him to see. I couldn't get back for a few days due to work but when I did he looked at it and said he was going to look at the video footage and call me. 4 days later and still no call so I called him and he told me he was going to be looking at the video THAT DAY and call me later... no call. At this point I'm over it. All the excitement about getting the car washed dissipated the moment I saw those scratches. I would've preferred he just tell me there was nothing he could do, or at least refund me my $31. Reading all the other reviews on here it sounds like this guy tells everyone he'll call them back and never does. Either way I'm never coming here again.
