Lack of communication to say the least! I contacted the shop to get a quote on a repair and was told I would get a call back. Waited one day and recieved no call. Called back again and was told they would call me back again. Waited several more day and called back because I hadn't received their call. They finally told me oh yeah he doesn't install owner parts. Well that maybe their policy but they were aware of me having the parts when I first called. A bit disappointed that I waited so long to try to give a local business work just for them not to even call me back, then when I reach out to them for the third time they tell me their policy. They may do great work! But that's not good business!

Like the review from the guy below, I have been going to Auto Ronnie for several years and when he moved to Monrovia, I decided to make the trip for all of my auto repair needs.  He goes out of his way to help me out so a 30 min drive is not out of the question.  He never pressures you to buy items or services and I really appreciate that.  Everything is up front and honest and I feel good knowing that I am supporting a family company and not a corporate conglomerate.  If you live within 15 miles of Auto Ronnie, you would be foolish to go anywhere else.  Buy Local and support hard-working Americans like Auto Ronnie!

I am a long time customer of Auto Ronnie and wouldn't take my car anywhere else!  Ronnie is open and honest with you about your vehicle needs and is happy to help decide which repairs are most important.  He certainly isn't going to sell you a service you don't need.  His shop is spotless and so is his work.  I highly recommend his service!!

I have been using Auto Ronnie for more than 16 years and would recommend him to anybody (and I have)!  He's a rare find of honesty, integrity and great work (done right the first time).  

I have already recommended Auto Ronnie to all of my friends & family and now through the beauty of the internet, I can recommend him to every one else!!!

When you use Auto Ronnie, you won't be disappointed!
