Let me start off with some context to my review. My wife and I are new to the Stevens Point area, upon a glowing review from a coworker  I went in on 10/21/17 for winter tires for my 2011 Mini Cooper.  The quoted price for the tires and service was reasonable, additionally the staff was very friendly.  I picked up the car after the tire install and all seemed right with the world, until I realized that my summer tires were no where to be found in the mini.  I stopped back two times to try and get my missing tires, the last time was today.  I was told by the manager that they only found two of the tires and they were bad. I seriously doubt it because I purchased the car 3 months earlier from a reputable dealer but regardless , I wanted my summer tires back.  Show me that they are worn and not serviceable.  Poor form Auto select! Now I have to purchase 4 new summer tires.  If this type of activity is local protocol then fine but I will be specific in future service requests that I want my tires back.   I would like to say that I would go back to Auto Select because it seems like they are a good shop but I probably will not.

Battery died in the middle of the road and was able to get towed here and they were very friendly and made me feel comfortable at a nerve wracking time. The employees are super nice!

Great personal service at the express today . I brought in my Porsche and they did an excellent job mounting new wheels for the winter season . Thanks . Merry Christmas !!!
