Some of the workers have a poor attitude and are completely unprofessional, Cussing and dropping the n word like they were on the block. I wont be coming back.

My mistake were I used this car wash,  I decided to take a chance and let the folks at this car wash, wash my SUV, I shouldn’t have but I did, just my luck when were doing a walk around checking my vehicle, there was a piece of my chrome broken off. I’ve only had my SUV for 17 days at the time. I told the on sight manager there were two there at the time. They couldn’t do anything for, I end up calling the District manager spoke to him about, after five minutes speaking with him, I knew he wasn’t going to help repair my vehicle, he kept repeating what could have happen to my car prior to me bringing it there to by wash. Because I just purchase my vehicle, the guy told me the car dealer, may have just stuck the chrome on just to sell the car. It was excuse after excuse. I told the District manger it wasn’t a point us meeting, he had already make this mind not to do anything for me. I didn’t stop with this guy, I call the owner, today is 24 Feb 18,  I were suppose to meet him 3 days ago. Now the owner spoke much nicer, but I did hear in our conservation some of the wording his district manager had told me, I realize they were on the same page. Nothing would be done. In my case nothing wasn’t done. If it happen to you, you might have a better luck. I won’t take that chance against. You get what you pay for. The wash wasn’t that good.
