There is an employee there now that is always incredibly negative in an incredibly loud way.  She was in the car in front of me screaming at the top of her lungs at another employee.  As she exited my car, she said quite Loudly that she hated when customers did something or other. 

I go here frequently.  There is a spill in my passenger door that has been there a while. I asked specifically if they could clean it.  Got in the car and nope!  Apparently not!

This location is convenient.  I wish they would have some chairs outside for customers.  I wish they were open on Sundays.

I paid For the works but they did not even clean anything. They use old dirty rags to wipe your car with. They didn't even vacuum the seats off. One of the guys stood on the side of my car and was leaning on my door with all his weight. I am usually really respectful of places but this place was truly horrible.

Absolute worst service ever. The front where you pay doesn't talk to the guys cleaning. Paid $120 For a hand wax and was told 2 hours. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I came back and they hadn't started yet. Would not give me a refund. Will have to dispute the charge on my amex. Won't ever be going back.

Amazing  30 day deals and love getting the ultimate  my car has never been so clean or shiny the staff is amazing and friendly.  No better place to get your car cleaned  will be back soon

I was very impressed with this car wash location. The staff is courteous and hard-working - they did such a great job that I took my friend's car there, too. It's really convenient to Wilmington Island. And, while I was there, I spoke to another person who said they've been going there for 5 years and they love the place, too!
