I showed up and I liked a car. The first guy Jose was pretty cool. He got the keys and since it had a dead battery, he charged it. I test drove it. Liked it except for the bad motor mounts. Got back, looked at the car some more and realized the mileage wasn't as low as originally advertised. Dents everywhere. Couple rust spots. Told him I'd come back. Second guy shows up. He was more ignorant but was more knowledgeable on screwing people over. He says he'll lower the price blah blah blah, I believe him. I go in. Try to see what we can set up. My girlfriend points out the things that were wrong. And he says he'll mark down the price accordingly. I'm like okay I'll go with it because I took his word as a man that he would be honest. Mistake. Gave them my info at this point Jose isn't allowed to help me anymore I guess because it's just this rude guy. He basically tells me all the cars are constantly taken to a body repair place and that they get cheap work done to them. If this car I liked was "already fixed", I wouldn't want to imagine what condition it was in the first place. So I say no I'd rather go to some place that doesn't want to openly and knowingly screw people over. He gets mad that I tell him about a car I saw that was better than the one he showed me. Tries to talk down to me because of my credit. He tries to tell me about the car that I've studied for months. Nothing he said was accurate. He didn't even know about what services his shop people could provide in "fixing" the car Sao we could make a deal. All in all, ended up a terrible experience. He said that I better not write a bad review but I mean with all the fake reviews about this place there have to be more honest ones.

Went in to buy a truck. Had previously bought a car before 2 years ago, so they had my information on file. I test drove the truck, the truck had 251,000 miles, they where selling for 11,999 but when I asked the price, they said, 12,999 so I showed them my cell phone screen that it was 11,999. They said OK. I offer 9,000 they said best they could do was 11,699 so i decided not to buy, I did not sign anything. But since they had my information, on file. While I was testing the truck. They checked my credit with 3 different banks. Now I am struggling to dispute these 3 hard copy inquires. So mad... please be aware if you plan to buy a car there. Now my credit score is lower.

I am 21 and I managed to buy my first truck through this dealership. The salesman Mike really worked with me to be able to take the truck home for a payment I could afford. I had a positive experience especially for being a first time buyer. I took home a 2010 GMC sierra.

They are really good at getting you exactly what you want if they don't already have it. Large variety with great customer service.
