The equipment is fine, the staff was smoking pot as I pulled out of the garage for my " complimentary hand dry" not cool, very unprofessional, the place has gone way down hill, it was once the beacon of car washes, now it's sucks... I'll take my business elsewhere, p.s the bathroom is also dirty

I had a monthly membership and have been trying to cancel for 3 months now. I keep getting told they will pass my request on to the owner (who is never there). I never heard back from the owner, and my credit card was charged again for the 3rd time. Unprofessional. Beware!!!

If I could put negative stars I would. I paid for the ultimate wash and all it was brushes and water, no soap or triple foam! Ridiculous and when I ask for my money back ($18) they told me they would only refund me $6!

Wyner must be a lawyer. Needs to read up on customer. Service I will never go back. This sign alone would cause me to go elsewhere.
