I bought a 2010 GLK350 from the Lawrenceville location, in Oct 2017, from Larry Evans, aka Big D, aka Big,  whose only concerned with making a sale and being a nice nasty jerk afterwards. 
After $4,2K down, at 86K miles, and less than 2 months later my transmission and torque converter needs to be replaced, it will cost $9K. Please DONOT buy from this buy here pay here lot or any of their locations. The cars are over priced by at least $3K and the price on the web is different then when you go in to buy. They will tell you its the cash price which should be listed as such on the web. That was a red flag for me to leave then. Yes, you will get into a nice looking car with no questions asked with a min of ~ 4K down, but you may be back with issues. According to the reviews I'm reading now, many have had the same issue as I. We bought a lemon /junk car from them. I should have read the reviews before hand. Please don't take a chance on loosing your hard earned money by buying a vehicle from them or any of thier locations. I know not from Lawrenceville or Tucker location. To avoid the mistakes I made when purchasing from them,  please go somewhere else, get any used vehicle pre-inspected before you buy it and buy an extended warranty if its a luxury and/or older vehicle . I do have an extended warranty from somewhere else but my claim was denied due to preexisting condition. I advise you to go somewhere else;  to a car lot that has integrity, stands behind thier cars and cares about thier customers and repeat business. A lot of used and buy here lots dont care and offer no warranty only "as is" junk cars this place is no exception and they don't care. There are some places that do include a warranty and have a return policy.  I urge you to go to a dealer or lot that INCLUDES some form of warranty with the car.  Dont buy a car "as is" if you must then get an extended warranty. Again, Do not buy from here!!

They steal out of cars, they falsify paperwork. They dont have moral or humility for customer or customer support.

Worst experience ever!! Purchased my vehicle here and less than a month my vehicle put me and my family side the road. Got it towed to the Buick place only to find out that my converters were messed up which cost $2300 to repair. When called the dealer all I got was that I purchased the vehicle and liked it they would pay for a diagnostic but all other repairs were on me. Don't forget the big down payment that was required so in all I'm out of about $5000.00 with repairs and down payment. Would never refer anybody here.

Knowing how stressful car buying can get after speaking to the sales rep on the phone and was pleased with the services received via phone I made the decision to fully pursue purchasing my my new/used vehicle even though the dealership was a couple hours out my way. I got there and was greeted by the general manager then guided to the sales rep I spoke on the phone with. I already had my mind on two of the vehicles and he let me test drive without any hassle or second guessing. He did not even get into the backseat which was very appreciative. After making a couple of request and changes to the vehicle they did it with ease. During the payment process I encountered a minor situation and they were very patient, resourceful, and flexible with me and my situation which was very appreciative. I do not regret buying my vehicle at this dealership!

Jim was very professional and helped me be able to get into a vehicle. Everyone was friendly and made the process enjoyable and easy. I would recommend this place for whoever is looking for good quality vehicles at a great price.
