Needed a work truck badly, over paid for a truck I thought was decent. Paid cash! There was a misunderstanding over 500 dollars, after telling them I would pay them when I got my next paycheck, I thought we were good. Few days later had a repo guy knocking on my door at 3am telling me I needed to get his money. Now after needing to do some maintenance I have a mechanic telling me the entire frame of the truck is rotted out, severe rust. My friend at a NC inspection station said he wouldn't have passed my truck and the dealerships mechanics probably passed it illegally so they could sell it. Seeking legal aid now, we'll see how that goes. Even the brake system was starting to rust out, all 4 wheels had seized up calipers. And the dealer specifically said "oh we do all the brakes on our vehicles!", well, that explains it

Bought a car from here a few years ago and ended up letting it get repossessed because no one would take it for a decent trade in. I was told when I bought the car that I could bring it back and get the seat belt fixed. Went to go get it done and was given a total run around. There were several other things that went wrong with the car and I ended up having to get them fixed myself. I ended up paying more for repairs than I owed for the car. It's tragic that people get treated this way just for the sake of a few bucks. Terrible.....................and I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

really wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. after working here i know the shady things that go on in the store and at the mechanics shop. they know the cars have problems when they get them as a trade in or buy them from the auctions but they fix the bare minimum and try and stick you with the rest. some cars have been sitting out on their lot for months because they either have transmissions problems or some other problem that they are well aware of but they just try to play it off as if it were something minor that they will have looked at. auto wholesalers goes by the name of Karmike and it is in fact under the same management. they have  two locations one in  havelock and one in Newport off of 24 stay clear from them. and find some where to go that will stand behind their vehicles.

Bought an 04 mustang, car looked good, but after purchase in 2 days,  had more issues than good. Had transmission issues, rear end issues, radio issues, and I had to pay for all out of my pocket and they refused to pay for anything .
