not recommended, i was in a rush to buy a car in a hurry and they promised to fix the bumper but everytime i ask them they just say they forgot and its been 4 months. dont bother calling them they dont pick up either. And then i wanted to pay it all off they made me pay double interest, and didn’t let me know just taking it out of my each pay. They would hide some of the contract. The brother of the owner was very rude too talking like we dumb.

Very friendly if you pay on time and do as you promised. Hard workers. Have a great car from them and get compliments all the time. Cars all have titles and will sell to people with no or bad credit. Owner is very understanding when something comes up with payments as long as you're reliable. Would reccomend to anyone that needs a nice used car.

Had called Auto Works bc I wanted to go see/test drive a car they had on the lot. Called 3 days in advance and the day before just to make sure the particular car was still there, told them I would for sure be there Saturday afternoon. When my husband and I got there the car was there but, OMG it was so dirty! We found a dirty sock, dried mud or crumbs or something on the seats and a very dirty hairbrush full of hair, also the car had 4,000 more miles than listed. Come to find out the owner has been driving it. Also our salesman came on the test drive with us but didn't talk much and didn't even say 1 word about the car, you would think that he would brag the up in order to sell it but nope not a word. You would just think that if you knew someone was coming in for a test drive and to buy a car, that you would clean it up but they didn't do that either, c'mon dirty sock and a dirty hairbrush in a dirty car. Even if they took half off the price for that car I wouldn't buy it. Who ever is the owner there does NOT know how to run a business! I usually would never leave a horrible review like this but this time yes I have bc it was bad. Oh one more thing, the salesman didn't even bother getting our names or anything and we had to ask him his name during the test drive, what a professional!

Be careful this car lot will use your credit cards after you give the card to them they save aND when you leave they will use them they do more fraud then and car lot I have even been to ever. Be careful.and they also buy stolen cars as well.
