Auto World was established in 2006 by owners dedicated to providing the public with honest high-quality service. Our aim has been to create a one-stop shop environment where customers can get all of their vehicle needs taken care of at

I have been going to Auto World for a few years, and I have found it to be the most trustworthy, affordable, and friendly mechanic's shop in the entire Rockville/Bethesda/Silver Spring/College Park area.  And I have tried many, let me tell you!

My most recent experience is what prompted me to write this review:

I made the mistake of trying out a new place closer to my work.  The issue was a fuse out that affected my dome light, auto-locks, and clock.  When I took it to the place in Silver Spring, I was told that they would charge me a minimum of $100 just to diagnose the problem, and then more on top of that to fix the issue.  They wanted me to bring my car in at 7 am and leave it there for the entire day just for a diagnosis.  I thought that seemed very unreasonable for a fuse issue, so called Auto World for a second opinion.

Auto World said that they would charge a MAXimum of $45 to diagnose.  On the day of, they were actually able to take my car right away, diagnose, and fix the issue within an hour.  The total charge was $30.  I don't know what that other place was trying to pull, because they made it seem like a much bigger deal.  Auto World is either more competent, or more honest.  Either way, I'll take it!

These guys are not out to rip you off.  They provide friendly and quick service, and I always feel well taken-care-of there.  I will not stray again.  Thanks Auto World!

Under new management. I always enjoy coming to get my car detail. Pricing and work is the best.
A regular car wash is $25.
Nice wait area
Great survive, you could also get your car service her as well.

Worst experience. This is my first time ever getting my car detailed. The guy who took my car was very rude, just because i had a groupon. He complained about how hard it will be for him to vacuum the car and how this  is not a car wash. And he will charge me extra. I mean terrible customer service. If i knew i would be treated that way i would have not gotten that groupon and just paid full price for a lil respect.

Maaz intergrity in validation is all i need to keep me coming back to his shop its very rare that you can find a auto shop thats always on point and accurate with timeframe

Originally, I learned of auto world because they were selling a car that I went to look at. I met Sayed  and his brother, as well as Ricky their lead mechanic. I brought my 1998 Ford Ranger in as it needed a new clutch. Additionally, I needed some cosmetic things done to the vehicle.  My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and it now is driving as though it is a brand-new truck! Thank you, Auto World!!
