I took my car to this Autobell car wash on 9/22/17 and paid for the $25.99 (plus tax) wash.  As my car went through the tunnel, I noticed that none of the signs lit up in the tunnel.  I told the young man who was about to drive my car to the detailing area that none of the signs lit up.  He took the car back around and ran it through the tunnel again and again none of the signs lit up.  He ran it through the third time and the signs did light up.  This happened to me one other time in the past.  I cannot understand why the person taking my money cannot do what is necessary to activate the extra services to make the signs light up.

This was my second experience at this location. Before they even put their hands on my vehicle, i expressed very pointedly to the cashier my vehicle needed a detailed vacuumming. My first visit, I said the same thing and both times the seats front and back as well as under the floor mats hadn't been vacuumed. The door handles hadn't been wiped down and the cup holder still had debris in it. This is basic auto detailing 101. You are in the wrong business if something as simple as vacuuming the seats goes undone. The workers were polite but the job on my car was awful. Maybe its time to retrain everyone....especially when a customer can spend a fraction of the amount down the road and do the interior for free themselves. Get it together guys.

My first time there I think they did an okay job.  Once I got in my car to leave, I noticed my windows were spotted (from the water).  I felt that they could have dries them and not let it "air-dry".  No one touched (vacuumed) under my driver side floor mat.  I had to vacuum myself once I got home.  I have them a top but should have checked everything before I did.

I'm from out of town, but when I visit my family from out of state, I make a point of getting my car washed at this location.  The quality of service at this car wash is much better than what I am accustomed to at home.  Case in point: Last time I was in, I have heavy rubber floor mats that were crusted with salt.  The kid spent about 5 - 10 minutes scrubbing them with a stiff brush, soap and water.  Where I live, you'll be lucky to get them to spend more than 3 minutes on the entire inside of your car.  So, they do a great job with that.. For the most part, the rest of the car was well-cleaned for the money. The windows were crystal clear, wheels looked great.  Just was a little disappointed that someone didn't clean the top of the dash, although they did get the instrument panel.  All-in-all, happy with this place.  I'll be back again.

Pitiful excuse for a $30. The most expensive package that was advertised. The car is still dirty on the outside looks like the just sprayed it off with a garden hose. I'm not sure they even touched the inside. If they did o can't really tell. The windshield was definitely not cleaned other than outside when they sent it thru the automatic wash. Very disappointed and will never ever visit an autobell again.
