Always sucks when you have to spend $$ to repair your vehicle, but it's bound to happen. Problem is you never know if you're getting taken for a ride or if the shop is trying to pad the bill for services you may not need. I have never had this experience at the Palatine AutoFix. Allen and the new addition Pete have always been straight shooters and true to their word. Very professional and personable. This is the only shop I trust in the area. This is the only shop in the area that I will let touch my vehicles. 

I get my oil changed at the Duke of oil which is attached to AutoFix. They have always been professional and courteous. Good prices, lots of rebates, coupons online, and you get a free tire rotation?!?!? Plus a soda machine and free coffee while you wait?!?! I mean come on!!! It's a no brainier!!!

If you are looking for a shop that does quality work, doesn't recommend things you don't need just to up the bill, that also has fair, competitive prices, then look no further. These are your guys.

My husband and I will only come to Autofix.  They are always so nice- they don't try to push extra services on you and are very reasonably priced.  Joe is so personable and knowledgable.  We definitely recommend Autofix!

Fair prices, excellent and helpful staff! They don't try to upsell you like Jiffy Lube does, and they will only fix what needs to be fixed, instead of trying to create a problem for more money. Al is my favorite! I recommend AutoFix to anyone that needs any kind of repairs!

My family and I were in trouble with a broken a/c in our jeep. Being a weekend no one wanted to help us, but the manager Rich at Auto Fix got us in and taken care of fast and with the best customer service. I plan to return for any vehicle needs in the future.
