What a great little business! RJ is awesome and so is his group of installers. They are fair, friendly, and if they run across any issues, they make it right. They are authentic and trustworthy and make you feel like they care. Highly recommended over national chain stores in the area for auto stereo installation!

Did a awesome job hooking up all my stereo stuff along with a new windshield and installation was very very good with no wires showing anywhere! Going to bring my Custom van back to RJ and let him install my DVD player and some more cool stuff! You guys rock!!

I have taken all of my cars to Autoglass Clinic and RJ. They have always been gracious, helpful and timely with their work. Never have had any issues with the quality of their work or courtesy of RJ or his staff. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Words can not even begin to describe what an awful experience I had. They installed a 2 channel and a 4 channel amp along with a capacitor and a flip down dvd player in my brand new chevy silverado LTZ. They charged me over a hundred dollars for three cheap RCAs and two converters, which you can get online for under thirty bucks (which you would not want to put something that cheap on a nice sound system). They cut way too much installation out of the back of the cab. They cut a hole in the plastic cap on my battery. The way they hooked it up caused a horrible noise to come out of all of the door speakers. The sub didn't work. They told me my 2 channel amp was broken, which it wasn't it was hooked up incorrectly. The capacitor wasn't even mounted properly it was about to fall out of its bracket. On the dvd player they hooked up the dome light incorrectly, causing all of the other dome lights in my truck to not work. When I came to them with this they told me they hooked the 4 channel amp up right and wouldn't apologize or own up to all of the other stuff. They would only give me the money back for returning the RCAs and convertors. I took my truck to extreme audio in Bremerton, and they fixed everything. They an outstanding job. It sounds great now. I would'nt recommend poulsbo Autoglass clinic to anyone!! RJ is the owner and he's the one that sits behind the desk when you go in. He is not very knowledgeable when it comes to audio. Honestly I don't know how you can do business like that and feel good about yourself.
