Horrible service and horrible installation. Came here a few years ago to have my front windshield replaced. The owner's son ending up filling this request and wasn't trained to do so, or was simply sloppy. He broke my windshield wipers and tore my interior. He then refused to fix my windshield wipers. I had to spend most of my time arguing with him and speaking to his dad over the phone. I even felt so bad that I ended up tipping the son $20 for the extra hour he spent trying to fix his mistake. He was extremely rude, mocked me, and unapologetic. I will never go here again and I've been very vocal to let others not to go here as well.

I had an emergency crack happen in the morning and Greg had my windshield replaced in the afternoon. My car has additional features which Greg asked about and my car cameras/sebsors worked as expected.

DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO SHOW UP WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT; NOR WILL THEY FOLLOW-UP IF THEY CANNOT MAKE IT.

I called on Friday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday; they said they would order the glass in from Chicago and the serviceman would call when he was 30 minutes out. I took Monday off and waited around.

It is now the following Friday and they still have not come out to replace my window. I called and left messages Monday and Wednesday that went un-returned. Thursday I spoke with a gentleman who was looking into why no one had come out/been in touch with me yet; he took my information and assured that he would call back in 15 minutes. He did not call back. 

Since they had ordered the glass from Chicago, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I cannot wait any longer to have this window replaced. 

They can take appointments, but they cannot keep them. UNRELIABLE.

These guys were great, fantastic experience with rear passenger side window replacement. I had a break in and so there were shards of glass covering my car, they even vacuumed out my whole interior! Great work guys, prompt service, and good people.
