We took in one of our company Cadillac vehicles to have a check engine light looked into and addressed. The service department calls back and informs us that we have a blown motor and it needs to be replaced at a cost of $11,500 before taxes. After arguing that there is no possible way that the whole motor needs to be replaced, AutoNation Cadillac says that they will provide the motor, and we just have to pay the labor which was over $3,000. We ask them to prepare the car so that we can pick it up and on the drive back, the check engine light goes out. How is it possible for a car with an alleged 'blown motor’ to function properly without having any work done to it? We then took the car for a second opinion where the shop hooked up the computer to the vehicle and the only thing it showed was an intermittent misfire that could be caused by something as simple as a coil. Big difference between a blown motor and a bad coil. The issue here is the honesty and trustworthiness of AutoNation Cadillac's service department. How many customers have they approached with the same scam in an attempt to defraud them of their hard-earned money? A naive person might think they are getting a great deal by having the work done for a quarter of the initial estimate cost when in actuality the true repair cost of the issue could be less than $500. We don't appreciate their attempt to take advantage of us, and hope they don’t try to do the same to you. We will be leasing and servicing our fleet of vehicles from dealerships not associated to AutoNation and suggest you do the same.

Was blown away by the customer service at AutoNation Cadillac. The no hassle guarantee made car buying a breeze! They were so accommodating and went the extra mile to assist us in finding the right car for our family! Ask for Roland...he was so helpful and not pushy at all...just truly wanted us to find what we were looking for! Will definitely be using AutoNation for our next vehicle purchase!

There were 2 parts to this service appointment. 1st was to do the standard oil change and Cadillac inspection - i waited for this service and only took about an hour with a ton of cars in there for the day. so given the amount they had to do, i say an hour was great time. and Since it was covered under Cadillac maintenance program, it was free- so it was a good deal. 2nd- explained during oil change that my touch screen needed to be repaired. obviously they had to order the part then set up another date to install. Well only took 3 days to get the part in and had everything replaced within a week of letting them know. i was able to come in on a Saturday to get them to change the screen. I left this time and called when i was ready to pick up the car and it was all set. the timing at this place is quick for what they have to deal with - mostly Cadillac covered warranties/programs - so there are always a lot of cars. Mr. Kelly was the guy behind it all and made it happen quickly.

If you're in the West Palm Beach area and are looking for great service, go right over to Cadillac and ask for Mr. Ormondo Ramos! He's the man for the job! He has great knowledge of the vehicles and takes great care of his customers!! I am definitely pleased and you'll be as well! So what are you waiting for? Head over there today and ask for him. He'll help you find just what you need. Trust me, You won't be disappointed!

Great Experience on a very hard to find used XLR. Great car at a fair price and my salesman : Clive Watson was a true professional (hard to find now days)! Great communication from my first inquiry all the way through to my final goodbye. Answered all my email/text inquiries and followed up on all my concerns. Have to say this kind of salesman sells the car as much as the car itself. Highly recommended outfit
