This place has let me down for the final time. There's a reason that this this Chevrolet location has 2 reviews, both for 1 star, and now mine. At Autonation, experienced unnecessary wait times, extremely rude service, over pricing, missing items, missing screws, you name it. All on different occasions. Due to previous absurd wait times, decided to make an appointment. Specifically told rep that it would be at 5:15. Showed at 5:20. Was 5:29 before someone attended to me and was told I couldn't get serviced. It's an oil change. Also, always take their "recommended service" to someone that will do a better job for less than half the price. Regret all the money I've spent here.

Worst service ever. First day I go in no customers in service. 5 employees sitting at their desk jerking off. It took them 45 minutes to acknowledge the act that I was even there! Then someone finally comes to talk to me I explain the issue. Tells me u will have to leave the truck here. Ok no problem so I leave the truck and can't get a rental. They call me before closing said the mechanic left and can't look at it today. Next time I go the tech isn't even there. Any ways made 4 trips to this incompetent dealership to get my issue fixed. It's like talking to a bun ha zombies. They will sell u a car in 15 minutes but can't seem to warranty it? Maybe y'all should sell and flip patties at a mcdonalds. There is no sense of customer service what so ever at this location. I'm beyond fed up with all the bs these people tell me.
