I traded my very used and loved suv in for a nicer and considerably newer vehicle. It was an entirely pleasant and painless experience. The "no haggle pricing" really has changed the game. The salesman, Dane, was a real gentleman, took the time to explain every detail and feature about the Cadillac I purchased. The entire staff was very polite... I never purchase vehicles in the Santa Clarita Valley due to pricing and the unwillingness to negotiate a fair price, other than sticker.  I went to Auto Nation Valencia Chevy to look at the 2018 Tahoe models to see what packages I wanted to shop around for elsewhere.  When I was helped by Riley he was a very energetic accommodating person who was very patient and understanding.  He actually worked for me and allowed me to negotiate my price.  He even involved his Manager Sammy, who was also accommodating and willing to make the deal happen.
I understand that a dealership is NEVER going to lose money on a deal and they always will make money on the vehicle even if it is sold at their cost (GM will pay a min of $2500 to move the car), so for them to take the time (3 hours) to haggle and negotiate and sign the deal, saved me a longer day not having to go out of the Valley.  I will definitely do business again with this dealership!

First time at this dealer. Even from way before at another dealer ship n the valley I never had just great customer service. Steve Johnson was my service guy. He was very helpful & patience while taking his time to make sure everything done on my car was understood. But most of all he was not fake. He was really sincere. I guess you can say I was highly
