Great experience! I drove from Montgomery, AL to pick up my Jeep Wrangler. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. It was no hassle. I called and told the sales representative what I was looking for and he put me in my jeep the same day. Great Job you guys and thanks for awesome service. Keep it up!

Great experience with this location (AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram South Columbus, GA 31901 @ Victory Drive). I have an unlimited 4 door Jeep Wrangler that was having problem with its lifter so I brought it to this location to get it fix. Our Service Advisor( Chris Greer) was very professional and efficient in getting our vehicle fix. He was patience enough to answer our question because i was always skeptic about turning our vehicle to the shop. Normally, me and my husband would do maintenance and repairs to our vehicle but this new move to this area had us needing the assistant of a shop. Besides, our warranty will definitely be at use for this time. The location has a clean and comfortable waiting area that provides free coffee while you wait for your vehicle. Our vehicle is running smoothly without the loud noise of the lifters. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future..

These guys changed the car buying experience for me! Straightforward, no BS. They gave me all the information I needed with regard to my trade in value and approximate monthly payments BEFORE asking for my personal information. I highly recommend these guys, Trevor Cogar in particular. There was still a little waiting around, but that's to be expected--they are filling out and filing a bunch of important paperwork for ya. Overall, great experience!

ZERO stars is more accurate. *This rating refers to the automotive repair. shop not the sales part of this dealership. I recently found out that an engine rebuild that I thought took place at this dealership about 3 years ago did NOT happen! I recently had car trouble so I got a mechanic to check it out. He said I needed a new water pump. I thought that was strange since I'd gotten my engine rebuilt a few years ago and that was one of the parts that was installed new per my receipt from this dealership and from the managers mouth. Anyway, as my mechanic took things apart to access the water pump he began to find all sorts of parts that needed replacing. All of the parts that he found to be in terrible condition were listed on my receipt to have been installed new. At the top of the list was "timing belt". My licensed mechanic pulled out the belt and showed it to me. There was no way that belt was replaced with a new one during the engine rebuild. He continued to show me areas where there was all kinds of debris and buildup that would not have been present if an engine rebuild had actually taken place. He told me that they likely dropped a used motor in my car and charged me, $3200, for work they didn't do. They really took advantage of the fact that I am not a mechanic and didn't know how to take apart my engine and check their work. I ended up paying for these parts twice, three times actually but that's a whole new story involving another shady auto shop. FYI NEVER go to Untouchable Auto N Detailing on Forrest road. CROOKED!
