Pedro, the sale-man was incredibly helpful. He treated me like family and told me about all the options that were available for me. He, patiently, helped me through the process end explained every step clearly. I came out of the dealer in an impressive short time and with the car that I wanted, in the color I wanted it and with all the features that I was hoping for. If you are looking to buy a car I strongly recommend you to pass by there after you have seen the options of other dealers you will stay with them. Three years ago I was looking for a lease and had been to several dealers until I talked to Pedro. Now I just renew my lease and of course I went back with him.

The waiting is too long, they promise 1.5 hours but then there are extensions. finally after almost 3 hours i got a rental. after a day i had to come back because there was a noise after a service and i had to wait another 3 hours and they didn't care it is a follow up on the first one. the mechanic didn't speak to me directly and that made the visit much longer then necessary. so after 2 visits and almost 6 hours of waiting it was finally over

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. They are honest, professional, they do as they say. I dealt with Hansel. He was incredibly helpful, very patient and knowledgeable. I would refer him and this facility in a heartbeat.
