We had a great experience with this dealer. From quick and courteous communication, to them working with my busy schedule, I would definitely recommend this dealership. 

I was able to get what I wanted for a great price- a 2017 Pathfinder. We were able to   work out the numbers prior to my visit, which made the buying process very quick.

Howie in the finance department was friendly and professional as well. This was the second buying experience we have had with this dealership -- both have been fantastic.

Normally I don't ever write reviews but as a 1st time buyer I had a great experience. Great staff! My salesman was very helpful, he was good with customer service, communication, & was caring. He wasn't pushy at all. I've been in retail myself for 3 years & I can honestly say that this has been best customer service I've ever experienced compared to other locations I've been shopping too. I will definitely be referring My friends to Justin! & at this Tempe location. Howie was very helpful & nice! You can tell that they both work hard on what they do :) keep it up!

Christopher, the sales associate was patient with me and my indecision. He even took me to another store to see if I liked the car they had better ( used inventory ). I test drove several cars to find just the right one and he was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. Jimmy made sure I understood and was cofortable with all aspects of the financing and even was able to drop my interest rate. Great experience, not rushed at all, nobody doing the super slick sales shtick. I will be back for our next vehicle.

Great customer Service! We live nearly 2 hours away in Tucson and was so very pleased with the responsiveness of Ryan our sales person. He understood we needed a bit more information and details about the car in order to decide if it was worth the trip to Tempe to look at in person. Upon arrival we found the car to be in better condition than was described by both the ad as well as the additional pictures and video that Ryan sent to us. We could not be more pleased by our experience. Thank you for an absolutely fantastic experience! We love our new (to us) car!!!

Touchdown!  

Marco Backus was an awesome sales rep and really made an extra effort to take care of me.  I wasn't certain what I wanted and ended up going to see him three different times over a three day period.  

Even so, I appreciate how he did not push me.  As a result, I feel happy with my decision.  After I was ready to buy,  he discovered a problem.  He did not wait for me to 'push back'... Instead, he prepared another similar car for me to also consider (which I ended up buying, instead).

I like Marco a lot and really like his extra attention to detail and customer service.  I noticed several times throughout our experience that Marco is good at telling the truth.  This guy ROCKS!  I will recommend to anyone!
