For a 21 year old just starting out in life, they are like family to help you out. I have a car in my name (financed of course) with a very reasonable car payment! A 7 years warranty for protection on everything. Auto Nation is an amazing place to go if you need honest customer service! Ramon and Ricki were the best employees ! I highly suggest going to them for help ! Griffin was amazing at the end of the day when the long paper work was needed. Of I could give 100 stars I would ! Auto Nation is the best!

Needed to get a different car as mine was in need of mega $ to repair. Was recommended to AutoNation by my daughter and son-in-law. Very satisfied!!! Ricky Carter was extremely helpful and made the whole experience a delight. Got a wonderful ride at a decent price with great financing. If I need another auto or if anyone asks, I will strongly recommend AutoNation and make sure to ask for Ricky!

If you are in the market for a car, please stop by and see Kim Franklin at AutoNation Toyota Tempe.  You can also reach her online.  She was terrific to work with during the whole process.  She did not hesitate to provide excellent customer service.  The two vehicles I was interested in were sitting side by side waiting for me to inspect.  After choosing the vehicle, she had it washed and ready to go.  She answered every question I had  before, during and after the purchase.  Thank you Kim!  I am loving my new Toyota Rav4!

For a car dealership, they are surprisingly inoffensive (this is a big compliment coming from me). Sales people do not work on commission, which makes a huge difference.  They still get into the whole sales pitch routines, but the underlying sleasiness is not there. I don't know about others, but I got a great deal on a new Corolla. But, I just can't get myself to give any car dealership 5 stars.

1) When I picked up the car, the service team forgot to put the lid on the block engine. I drove for about 2 min and realized something was wrong. Oil had splashed out of the engine block. 
2) The shuttle service is terrible. I asked the shuttle to pick me up at work at 5pm. At 4pm, in the middle of a meeting, I got a call from he shuttle telling me they were outside waiting for me. I asked again the shuttle to pick me up at 5pm. Then, at 5pm, 5:30pm, nothing. Finally at 5:45pm, I asked a colleague to give me a ride to the dealership. Better yet, at 6:30pm, after I picked up the car and the service guys put a new lid on the engine block, I got a call from the shuttle telling me they were outside waiting for me...
