Came here with my friend to check out a vehicle he found online. The salesman was rude, brash, and was unable to answer general questions about the vehicle, the warranty he had mentioned, or how the finance options we were told was available.

While test driving the vehicle, the brakes barely worked, the tires were completely bald, the suspension was damaged, and there was an exhaust leak. 

Immediately after the drive, the salesman summoned the business owner over who admitted the suspension was damaged, but did not find it to be "too bad, but I'll just replace the bushing". 

After emphasizing the brakes would be fixed, I began to ask a question to the business owner, I was rudely cut off and was told "I want to speak to your friend, not you. HE knows what he's talking about, okay?" While putting his hand up in my face to get me to stop talking while he walked away to speak with his mechanic and my friend.

I honestly can't recommend this place to anyone wanting an honest and friendly experience as I was regarded as incompetent for asking questions regarding their financing (that they boasted) and honest damages and safety issues about the vehicle (that they didn't believe, obviously they don't check the vehicles they are trying DESPERATELY for you to purchase).

Just plain rude...

Friendly sales staff, no pressure sales. Got a great deal on a used car. Highly recommend.

I just bought my third car from scott all are running great. I would recommended buying a used car from auto sense because they no we are a small community and to survive in this economy they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you scott

The owner Dom is a great guy, very trustworthy and our last car we bought is still running strong.  Would recommend them .
