10/31/17: So, my son's GS300 was rear ended a week back. Guess where I had it dropped off at to get repaired. You got it - AutoSpot. Dave and team will continue to get my business. If there are issues, noises, lights out, or anything you think needs to be addressed, simply call them and explain the problem. They have always been willing to work with me and bring the car up to speed, and at little to NO cost! 5/25/16 update: Still the best body shop in town - especially for Lexus brand vehicles. Original post 2013: Dave and the Auto Spot team have repaired several of my vehicles and have always done an outstanding job. Each repair is treated as professional and completed more quickly than I or my adjuster expected. My cars have looked better than when they were originally purchased new! The costs are always fair, sometimes far lower than I've expected. I highly recommend the Auto Spot Collision team and will always refer my friends to Dave.

Did decent work and had a free loaner if I scheduled far enough in advance. Would use them again.

The driver side fender on my Avalon was damaged in a hit and run. Seeing good reviews online, I made arrangements with my insurance company to work with these guys. All it needed was the fender replaced and paint blended into the bumper, hood and door. Was told I'd get it in 4 days but they called 10 days later, which is fine. I go there to find they've done a half-ass job on the car. Found a large dull spot on my door with a matt finish that didn't match the rest of the paint. The gap b/w door and fender was uncomfortably close and looked nothing like the other side. Also, there were tiny dimples on the edge of the fender after the paint job that they didn't clean up. Worst of all, there was a big groove on the other side near my fog lamp which wasn't there before. This wasn't marked in the inspection sheet either and neither did my insurance adjuster mark that in his inspection report. I started looking around for other damage on my car and noticed chip marks on the hood. This was marked in the inspection sheet but I didn't recollect seeing it myself. Neither was I given a copy of the inspection report after I dropped off my car initially. Since there was in house damage, they call the owner who makes a big fuss saying the fog lamp damage and the hood chips might have happened before the car was brought in. He was right about the chips on the hood which I later confirmed with my insurance agent but he was wrong about the groove near my fog lamp. I wanted to get my car out of there but my insurance company wouldn't deal with a new collision center. Had to wait another 5 days to get this simple job right and the fog lamp area fixed. My insurance company said they allotted 10 days for the job and for my car rental. I had to literally plead with the guy to make a concession on the rental till the job was done. The owner at the shop was shameless enough to say "You're obviously unhappy with our work. You don't have to come back." Won't be back, won't recommend this place to anyone either.

Caleb was very friendly and professional. They removed a door nick, touched up some rock chips and detailed my car for a extremely low price. I was impressed and would highly recommend them.

Had a couple of small issues when the car was delivered, but they were fixed promptly and courteously.
