Tim gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to make sure I was satisfied. Additionally, he looked out for my best interest by turning down leas than quality replacement parts for my car, and ensured I receive a top quality repair.

Most importantly, Tim stepped into the shop and worked on my car himself to make sure I had it back by the time I needed it, ultimately saving me loads of trouble and headache. This wasn't asked for, much less expected. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when he told me. 

I highly recommend Autoworks. Tim is a genuine and good hearted shop manager, and truly one of a kind.

They say that they are open until 6 pm every day of the week.  I got there at 5:30 pm on Friday and the office was closed and no one was there to give me an estimate.  If they want to leave early in the summer than post new hours in the summer so that people don't come and waste their time. They just lost my business this time and I wont come here if I ever need to fix my car after a collision.

This place is awesome. Jon and his team made my truck go from rust to brand new looking. The communication has been great and straight forward. Will choose these guy in future.

They did a great job fixing the scraped and dented door on my van. Jon is a great honest guy, giving me a lower estimate than he knew another place did. He also covered some of my rental that I needed for 5 days. They don't usually do that, but he saw I'm a mom of 3 and no car for that long would make me nuts. So they saved my van and my sanity.
