William.C was the name very rude to me avoided to further assist me for further questions. Seemed in a rush to go home, was rude to another customer before me who had a noise problem with her car. Gotta say I've never seen such a FCK Boi in my life. The morning crew is way better than the night. Will never again come in the night. Never had an issue with O'Reilly or pep boys.

This place has absolutely  no training in customer service.  I rather pay a lil extra and go to O'Reillys.
