I called the Rocky Mount store #0476 earlier today, and was warmly greeted by Rodney. He was very polite and professional. I called to see if the store still offered the free battery testing and charging. He responded by saying yes, and walked me through the process.  I drove to the location and Rodney took a look at my battery. He removed the battery and tested it. He took his time, and offered me sound advice based on his knowledge of expertise. And I greatly  appreciate it. Rodney made my day a lot easier. I am very glad that I went to Auto Zone on Grace Street. It was definitely worth my time.
