I was reasonably sure what I needed when I got there but was very pleased with the willingness to make sure by running a quick scan. I was given the correct issue and the correct part to solve it. I've only had my Mini for about 6 months and have not ventured very deep under the hood. With Auto Zones help, all is good and I'm literally running on all cylinders again.

Erika Milirons is one of the best customer service professional I have encountered.  Running out of battery in the middle of a drive and she came out tested battery and alternator and found out my battery of 5 months ago was already dead.  She replaced it for me in 10 mins with a smile (in the cold).  Highly recommend this AutoZone!

They price match which is nice. But always check your parts before you leave they tend to give you the wrong ones.
