The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  They came highly recommended from other female drivers.  What they recommended  I did and was very pleased that my concerns were understood.  I am a very satisfied customer...the Manager had been at the same store for close to 15+ years.  Great job Auto Zone for recognizing the need for community relationship as a plus to your bottom line.

Everything was nice exept for the fact that the cashier took my coupon and when it did not scan just said it didn't work. He did not even try to scan it again and just told us to pay normally. He also came of as a very rude person. Besides him though it was a nice and organized place.

The customer service workers were nice and helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
