Love the set up, they could use more employees, or just ones that want to work. Management helped find the correct alt. for my vehicle. The price was not bad compared to other parts stores... Over all good location

The Industrial Revolution was made possible by concepts and innovations like mass-produced, interchangeable parts. With the spread of later concepts such as franchising and standardization, it’s tempting to view the retailers of these parts as interchangeable as well.

That analysis leaves out the essential defining factor ... the PEOPLE. The staff can easily differentiate location that sell otherwise indistinguishable parts.

I had some car trouble on a weekend night when mechanics are closed and, through serendipity, happened to be near this Autozone location. I went in and encountered Phil, who was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue, and in short order was able not only to suggest the correct replacement item (a battery) but replaced it as well, in a very detail-oriented and professional manner. He’s a asset to the organization and truly a customer service all-star!

The manager and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They don't just try to sell you stuff you don't need. They are very helpful. The older gentleman, Joe I believe, is awesome. I wish he was my uncle or something so we could hang out and work on cars, he is that cool. He gives it to you straight and blunt and saves you from spending unnecessarily.

We went to Autozone to get wiper blades because they advertise they will install them for free.  However when we asked them to do so, we were told that we had to wait until the store was completely empty and there were no other custermers even though there were multiple employees working at the time.
