Sign says they open at 730, but I waited outside till about 745 before anyone showed up. 3 other people came and checked the door, cursed that the store wasn't open yet, then drove down to the AutoZone a block away. I stayed. 

I called to inform the clerk that the door was locked, got a response of "oh, the doors locked?", then was hung up on. 

A truck pulls up, workers see me waiting and rush to the door to unlock it. Just kidding, they take their time and stroll leisurely across the parking lot.

When I finally get in, it takes me 20 seconds to grab what I need and get to the register, cause I've been staring at it from behind the glass doors for about 15 min by this point. But wait, there's more! Now the computers need to boot so they can check me out.

All in all, what would have taken me 3 minutes added another inconvienence to my day. You lost 4 people's business today: mine, plus the other 3 people who drove away waiting for the store to open at the posted time. When you have a competitor literally a block away, it's not safe to treat your customers this way.

Went in looking for a 3" exhaust gasket and goop cleaner and was out in 5 minutes. Employee let me know that they were running a deal on mechanic paper towels and goop cleaner so I was able to actually get more for less. 

Very helpful in here and quick. This is my favorite auto parts store in the area.

Decent and competitive prices, staff was pretty unhelpful with the exception of one employee.

Friendly service, they know their auto parts. Would gave them 5 stars but their prices are usually more than their competitors

I always have a great  time when I'm shopping for car parts. I love using my rewards card because every time you buy anything over $25 you get a point,and when you get 5 points you get$25 of store credit..  plus the knowledge there about vehicles is priceless... They speak both Spanish and English there...
