Went in there a couple of weeks ago bought an oil change spent $46 it said I had three credits toward my next reward ended up buying another oil change the next day for the same amount of money it said I still only had three credits toward my next reward just went in there today spent $22 it's still only have 3 credits towards my next reward

1st experience here was good. A young guy put my wipers on for me free of charge(got them from the Kmart that was closing nearby for a discount). Today I sent my mom there to get hers done. She said the guy acted as if he didnt want to come outside , then told her no they couldnt unless she bought another pair from this location. He also laughed at the fact that her or my brother couldnt figure it out themselves. Lazy and rude customer service. Its a shame we live near by and wont be back!
