They do have a nice staff. I did go in there for rear light bulbs and was told they did not have any in this store but the next store closest has them. I pick them up there, great. While changing the lights later I found I needed to replace the rear light strip not just the lights. Went back to the first and closest to me (they said earlier they didn't have any bulbs in the store) ,they had the strip and now they had the bulbs too. Now thinking back from 3 hours earlier that day, I was very upset that the Manager that told me that they were out of bulbs ,now has them in the back. This was a different helper the second time. He apparently knew what to look up and see there was some in the back and had no problem getting me a couple. I would definitely ask if you don't see any and they don't see any . Too double check the computer to see if they have any in the back. I have gotten many things here and are great at returns for the on the cores. I will continue to use them. Weekends are busy and they do get lines, they get to get person as quickly as they can. They will help you with looking at your battery for you. While there my vehicle needed a jump, they let me use their jump box and it start my vehicle right up. Over all great place to get auto parts and help getting your engine fixed.

They had tail light bulbs but they faced me the wring ones and struggled to get them in then after a good hour later sized them up next to each other only to find out they were completely different

I needed new wind shield wipers. My old ones were not really very old but the rubber was moving off of the clamp and then the medal clamp was scraping across the glass. The worker helped me pick out some new ones and get them installed. It was dark and cold and the old ones were difficult to get off. She stuck to it and I was able to leave with working wipers!
