Despite what you may be told 15 minutes prior to your arrival, they do NOT install car batteries you purchase from them. I could not believe the guy confidently told me they install them for you, I show up minutes later, make the purchase, and am told no, they don't install them. Unbelievable! Train your crew properly.

I have used this Auto Zone twice, and each time I found the service to be quite good.  Highly recommended.
