Today I had an interesting experience. I got to AutoZone to ask about a leak in my truck. The guy wasn't helpful at all. He just told me to go to a mechanic and ask. I thought auto parts employees needed some knowledge on cars. So I went to O'Riley's next door and had an employee explain it to me with details the problem and how to fix it. My entire family has been going to AutoZone for vehicular needs, but this is the first time I was attended this way. Better your customer service, please.

Unknown with services, very rude attitudes, threated elderly, yellowed and cut off customers any talks and questions, forced the customers to obey her. Who she is? She stated herself is a shop manager who is evil to her customers. You'll get what you did to others lady! Very evil and bossy woman 👎👎!! No more visits with you 👉ruder Autozone 👎👎
