LISTEN UP CUSTOMERS👂🏻 This auto zone has employees that don't have a clue on what you need . Why hire  unknowledge employees. no they are not mechanics so they don't have any idea but only know how to look up parts for you .. especially the young man and women .. always do your own search before getting advise from them ..

I've never had a worse experience at Autozone then I did today waited in line for 15 minutes to pick up parts that I had paid for 2 days ago. Then to have people that came after me get helped because they need one of there free services I confronted Alex and all he could say is that's the way I do things and if you don't like it talk to my manager.

Good for a quick fix but can find more inexpensive products on the internet.

Always great helpful and quick.  I do admit some of their staff isn't always knowledgeable but overall it's a good place.
