Heather was VERY HELPFUL, went out of her way to help track down the fuse I needed, including the location of the fuse box(es) (yes my car has two.. one in the engine comp, one in the trunk) she even used her own tools to help with the fuse and my tail light. DEFINITELY doing all my auto business here.

Extremely helpful staff with competitive pricing.  I was surprised to see most of their parts cost the same as online deals.  Very happy.

The cashiers are not very knowledgeable. They didn't have the part I needed so I had to wait a day. I drove 15 miles to get the part. When I got back to my shop the part didn't fit. It was less expensive than most other parts stores, but now I'm waiting another day.

Very bad customer service. Went there to get an upper radiator hose and it blew a hole in it within 24 hours of being on. Took it back the next day and asked for a refund with receipt in hand and the same person who helped me said he didn't believe me or remember helping me and that there was no way it had been on for only a day. Mind you it was less that 24 hours. Refused to give me a refund or look at the truck to see the reason he didn't believe it had only been a day (rust in the hose) it's an old truck with a rusty radiator
