I wasn't impressed. The store is clean and looked well stocked. However they don't seemed to know what they are doing. I was basically ignored even though I tried to get the attention of one of 3 guys behind the counter who was talking about weekend plans.. one finally decided I wasn't going away run the diagnostic test sold me a part which I had to return because it was the wrong part.

I went home took the car apart to fix it just to find it was the wrong part! I only have one car. So I put it back together and went back got my money back after a long wait of being ignored. Mind you the store was empty and the one guy that came in was helped right away while I stood there trying to get someone to give me my money back. 

When the guy finally decided the grace me with his attention he made the comment "I knew you'd change your mind and take it to someone and have it fixed." I got my money and went to Napa and got the right part and they even told me how to change it out and printed the instructions and told me to call if I had questions! Can't beat that!

Employees not very helpful, store is not kept up very well and is dirty
