I gave these folks a low rating due to poor knowledge of their own equipment (or bad equipment). I had a dead battery last morning, and with a quick jump headed to AutoZone. The man who helped me did so quickly and efficiently. He was not very personable, but got the test performed on my battery, starter, and alternator. He told me that my battery was rather low and the alternator was out. However, I decided to get a second opinion at another auto parts store. Turns out my alternator is fine. Been driving it for 2 days and still no issues.

Super friendly and helpful staff. If they don't have what you need they order it right away or low key direct you to the place that might have it.

There no words to express my gratitude to the men working @ this autozone. My cousin truck broke down and these guys here have me all the tools i needed to fix his truck and be on our way in less then an hour .. Thank guys for all your help ..

They have a good inventory of parts or they can get it quickly.  Prices are competitive.
