I wanted a part that was not in stock so I was told they would order it from the main store. So I paid for the item, got my receipt and left. This was Saturday evening, so 2 days later I called Monday evening and asked about my part and was told it was sent back due to it sitting there too long even though it hadn't even been 72 hours yet. The lady on the phone never took my receipt number,phone number, etc to check the order status, didn't want to. But she said I can go pick it up myself about 20miles away. Just go to other auto stores in the area this one is a joke.

Every time I go in there it's a friendly atmosphere they help you with your knees is this you outside the store outstanding customer courtesy
