Helpful friendly people with knowledge of what I need.Usually has what I need and if its a item they don't have in stock they get it in a hurry.

Staff is very helpful, Returns are easy. Most items are available in store. Some things have to be ordered, but they arrive in a day or two.

The employees are nice and willing to help out. Usually has everything you will need for your vehicle. If they don't have it they will order what you need and have it in quickly.

I arrived at about 7pm the phone has been ringing off the hook since I got here none of the three employees that are at the desk have even attempted to answer it. I need a light bulb I have been in the store for 45 mins 20 were spent in line two employees are visiting at the other register. The phone is still ringing no one is answering it. I was given the wrong bulb by Cortal I will have to put my car back together and try again tomorrow. Pretty dissatisfied
