Great customer service!!! Employee installed a car battery at no charge AND gave me a core refund! My favorite auto parts store.

Stopped by because we had a headlight out on our jeep wrangler. Looked difficult to do to me. Not at autozone. Byron took the grill out. Asked him to replace both and turn signal lights while he was in there. Amazing employee. Very professional and nice to talk to. Have never seen this kind of service at an auto store. John was excellent also installing new wipers. Auto zone is very fortunate to have these employees.

John was super!!! Came in on Sunday and diagnosed AND changed our battery in less than 30 minutes. So professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable!!! Saved our vacation!

Although a little higher priced, the parts I've bought here are the real deal. The customer service is awesome, and their parts database stretches far and wide. They were able to help me find parts for my old Citroen.
