I don't get all the bad reviews for that place. Saw my share of cheap motels while in the states and this one was perfectly fine. Clean room/bathroom and friendly staff, we had a quiet night and felt safe. Some complained about the old look of the furniture but we liked the vintage charm it added to the room. Didn't try the breakfast but there's never much to expect with a continental breakfast anyways. Would go back.

Nice, friendly staff, not as dated as the expedia photos makes it look. Nice yard work.

Edit: stayed here again recently. The staff remembered me and was still very friendly. Very fast check in for three rooms, under a couple minutes.

Nice cozy rooms, two bed, but shady company next door. Bennington is notorious for you know what, and that has happpened there in the past.

When I arrived the owner acted very nice. I have a serious Phobia of bugs and heard they had an ongoing bedbug problem. I asked the owner outright if there were bedbugs and he said "No, we get inspection" okay. I stood at this place for four days, the first two days I didn't stay over night but a lot of my belongings did, on the third night I stood and overnight no issues however when I awoke in the morning I had two itchy bumps... one on my chest and one on my face (both on my left side). I thought about it for two seconds then brushed it off, the night after at bout 2:30am I received a call and in a attempt to not wake my 6 year old I went into the bathroom to take it... out of no where on the door I found a very familiar looking red bug and cried almost immediately!!! I then went to inspect my sons brand new still has the tag on it $90 dollar coat and yup I found another one, this one smaller!!! The date today is sept. 27th 2017. If I could I would rate this low down filthy nasty motel aka Joes apartment (bedbug edition) in the far negatives!!! I have yet to find out if I now have an on going problem however I have HOT WATER washed and steamed the hell out everything I decided to take with me (Mainly Clothes) but I lost out on my keurig, pillows and sheets, and a 46 inch flat screen tv! When I went to show the disgusting owner he was very agitated with me and said I can check out immediately and tried to justify the situation by saying "You got a good job so I give you a clean room"! I'm beyond vexed and am calling the health department immediately. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I stood in room 118.

Stayed here for three nights while on a snowboarding trip. It's a quite, clean and affordable motel. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Located near a cute little town filled with great restaurants and little shops. I will definitely be staying here again next winter.
