I am very pleased with the service that Aux Home Services provided. I was understandably stressed upon waking up and realizing there was a problem and that I would need to call a plumbing service, but Aux Home Services made the whole process easy and pleasant. The receptionist that I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and eager to help. I had Caleb C. out to my house by that afternoon. Caleb C. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and was quick to locate the problem. He took the time to explain/fix the issue and also answer any questions or concerns that I had. I would highly recommend Aux Home Services and specifically Caleb C.

We could not be more pleased, or recommend Aux as a whole and Jonathon in particular, highly enough. We just moved into our home and had been told the dishwasher was working correctly; except that it sprayed water on the wall. Our ice maker line did not fit the wall faucet for it, and a pipe had broken installing the new hose for the washing machine. They came out the same day we called, Johnathon could not have been more polite, professional, and thorough, and the price was better than we would have expected. He stayed til nearly 8:00 p.m. to make sure everything was was done and done properly, pointed out other things and options we might consider in the future. He did not pressure us for anything more than we asked, and I had to ask for estimates on some of the suggestions he made. We had been considering their Always Ready maintenance plan; we signed up for it last night after our experience with Johnathon!  We are new to the house and still finding our way around, but we have found our mechanical company. Thank you Aux for the service and peace of mind!

The service I received from Caleb Cole was beyond outstanding! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He stopped and explained every step he was about to take before he took it. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for service!

Recently Richard E. installed our gas logs.  He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He made sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction before he left.  He was very knowledgeable and instructed us on lighting the new unit.  We love our new gas logs with the remote.  We highly recommend Richard and AUX and are very pleased with their service.

Bobby was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He confirmed my problem. I told him it was resolved but I still wanted him to snake the main line. He gave me a fair estimate, explained it and began work. He was very respectful of my property during his work and cleaned up prior to leaving.
