The maintenance team here at Avalon New Canaan is truly terrific! Their timely response to every request is greatly appreciated. They are professional, polite, thorough and extremely efficient. Recently, when a wire in the garage door snapped, Raul and Leo had it working again right away. And then when we had a laundry list of fixes to be done, Leo took care of all of them perfectly, making sure everything was working again. Many thanks to Raul and Leo!!!

After living at Avalon New Canaan for 2 years, I moved away—almost immediately I regretted my decision, and moved back after one year. That was 3 years ago. The best part of living here is the wonderful maintenance department, particularly Raul. Since I first moved to Avalon 6 years ago, I have known him to be prompt, efficient, hard working, and dedicated. He is easily approachable and will go above and beyond to take care of any issue—and, in my experience, there's been nothing he can't do!

Great property!!! Staff always tries to accommodate their patrons.  The place is clean and location is very convenient.  We love Gabby, our service  supervisor!!!

I came to Avalon New Canaan more than 2 years ago now. It's a bit expensive compared to some possible other places, especially renting downtown, but the experience of the management team, and the efficiency of the maintenance team, especially from Raul, made this place worthwhile. During summer, the pool and barbecue area is awesome to relax. They close it a little bit too soon I feel. The gym is a bit small, but well equipped and always clean.
