I love this place! Both Michelle and Mary were really helpful when I was trying to figure out if this apartment was a good fit for me ( I signed my lease before ever seeing the apartment because I was out of town). Michelle is really nice and has a very welcoming personality. Kevin even helped me move my furniture in when wayfair just left it in the middle of the parking lot. I have been here for over a year and I am very satisfied with my experience so far.

I lived for 5 years now missing them. Moved to a new place 3 streets down the block  due to steam room and sauna but Avalon north b ergen is best. Moving back next year again surely. Michelle, Kevin are awesome. I can't wait. 

Lesson learnt: if something is working well stay don't change.

My husband and I have been living at this community and really recommend it. The place is well located and the team is really 
kind and helpfull.

Really cool place to live. This is our second year living here. Very nice gym, staffs are super friendly. Michelle u rock !! To management, we need our wagon back  for grocery purposes at P1 :)

Safe, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. Service requests are taken care of within a day. Love this community!
