The go to salon in Downtown Elk River.  Convenient parking in the adjacent lot. My whole family uses Avalon. Great ownership. Fun, professional and personable stylists.  Great consistent results :-)  

The boys go-to Taryn. The girls use Jenny-Lee.

If I ever move out of the area, I would make the drive just to come out to Avalon Salon- I have been seeing Tamara for years and I won't let anyone else touch my hair! Other stylists cut my son's hair and everyone there is extremely knowledgeable on new trends and products. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the atmosphere!!

I recommend Miranda to everyone - she has never steered me wrong with my hair, is super friendly, and fun to talk to. She almost always greets me at the door, even if I'm early she's ready for me. I've had my makeup done for a wedding here before and they did a wonderful job (I believe her name was Gabrielle?). I would suggest this place to anyone, they're always super friendly and cheerful.

I highly recommend Tarin at Avalon. I am totally that crazy person that wants to change my hair constantly and she has taken me from blonde, to vibrant red, to brunette and back to blonde! Her cuts are always on trend and easy to style at home. She is very honest and has great ideas for your face shape and personality!
